The Hydraulic Institute, Pump Systems Matter and SJE-Rhombus® announce the kickoff of the highly anticipated Variable Frequency Drives four-part webinar series that begins on May 31, 2012.

Julian Atchia, Engineered Panel Director for SJE-Rhombus®, will lead session 1.  Variable speed drives in pump systems are now a mature technology that can generate large benefits to the user in cost savings and reliability improvements.

The schedule for the Variable Frequency Drives 4-part webinar series is:

  • Session 1 – Intro 101, May 31, 2012, 1:00 -2:00pm EDT
  • Session 2 – Application and Installation Considerations, June 14, 2012, 1:00-2:00pm EDT
  • Session 3 – Protection for VFD and Proper Output, June 21, 2012, 1:00-2:00pm, EDT
  • Session 4 – Troubleshooting Problems with VFDs, June 28, 2012, 1:00-2:00pm, EDT
