NEX Series® Grinder Simplex Control Panel

Single Phase Grinder Pump Control

NEX Series® Simplex Grinder Control Panel

The NEX Series® Grinder simplex control panel is designed to control a single phase 3-wire grinder pump in level control applications. This control panel can be operated using a level transmitter or float switches. The pump will operate based on the level sensor measurement and controller settings. If a high-level alarm condition occurs, it activates the audible/visual alarm. In addition, it can detect high and low amp conditions during pump run and shut the pump off to protect it from damage. This panel has built-in Start and Run capacitors with models available for a variety of pumps or can be ordered without capacitors for 2-wire pump applications.
